Fruits!

Why do I love fruits? They are extremely healthy and bring you good carbs and lots of vitamins. For example, lemons are full of vtamin C. High fiber fruits like apples, pears or apricots may help you lose some weight. Fruits like kiwis, bananas, blackberries or cherries are good sources for essential ntutrients.
And you can take fruits with you wherever you go! So next time you feel like eating a chocolate bar or a piece of cake, why not eat grapes, strawberries or a grapefruit instead?
