Useful things to remember to be as fit as a fiddle!

Remember, most of the food we eat is tasty, delicious and healthy. But if you eat too much sugar or fat, your diet is not longer balanced. Here are two lists of ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’ food (it is unhealthy if you don’t limit your intake!)

HEALTHY FOOD

UNHEALTHY FOOD / JUNK FOOD

 French fries  Hamburgers
 Sausages  Fat meat
