A l’image d’Alice Cooper…
I’m EIGHTEEN
Before my parents shouted at me
Now, they are quiet
I can do what I want
I have just started to fly
I’m eighteen
The chains with my parents are broken
I’m eighteen,
I can feel the wings of liberty
Today, my wind has stopped
The State gives me responsibility
But I don’t want this responsibility
I just want to fly up in the sky
I’m eighteen
The chains with my parents are broken
I’m eighteen,
I can feel the wings of liberty

I’m EIGHTEEN
I just left the innocence of childhood!
But I’m not a mature man!
I’m in a difficult situation
I want my liberty, I want a master to guide me on the way of life!
I’m eighteen,
I’m not responsible!
I’m eighteen,
I have my feet on the ground
The period is difficult to live
I want to live in peace; but my environment is austere
My life is a combination of every day’s hell and happiness
It’s very hard to survive but I lift my head!
I love my age and I’m a soldier in my existence.
I can do a lot of stuff, I grow up every day.
I’m eighteen,
I’m not responsible!
I’m eighteen,
I have my feet on the ground
The period is difficult to live
I want to live in peace; but my environment is austere
I’m eighteen,
I’m eighteen,
I’m eighteen,
I love it !
I like it!
I like it! like it! like it!
Grégoire TEYSSANDIER – 608
I’m EIGHTEEN –
I’m eighteen and I want to do all and anything
I want to fly with the fish and swim with the birds
One day I want to be an astronaut, and another day I want to be a fireman,
But I’m just eighteen, and I’m a student,
I have never been to a school of driving
I’m eighteen and I have a lot of dreams,
I want to travel round the world.
Eighteen, Eighteen,
My life is starting,
Eighteen, Eighteen,
I’m full of dreams
I’m free – I’m free
And freedom tastes of reality,
I’m eighteen,
One day, I’ll take my backpack and
I would unhook the moon just to bugger you
One day, my name will be in the Encyclopedia,
Or maybe, I’ll just be a housewife but I love it
Eighteen, Eighteen,
My life is starting,
Eighteen, Eighteen,
I’m full of dreams
I wish I was like you
Or not
My life is exiting
Without you
