Radio France is a French company of radio that was created in 1922.
Before the liberation? its name was the National Diffusion Radio.
From 1944 to 1949, it changed name to French Radio Diffusion.
From 1949 to 1963, it became the French Television Radio Diffusion.
From 1964 to 1974, the French radio was called the Office of French Television Radio Diffusion.
Since 1975, Radio France exists under the name the French National Company of Radio Diffusion.
RADIOS:
Radio France has a lot of different radio stations.
There are:
Created in 1963, France inter is the general radio. It’s a very popular radio because 5 and half million auditors listen to it daily.
Its diffusion is about entertainment and culture. 50% of France Inter’s music is French music and 60% of this music is new.
· France INFO : 
Created in 1987, that’s the first radio to diffuse news daily and during all the day. It’s the most listened radio in agglomeration with 5 million auditors daily. There are news every half hours.
· France CULTURE : 
Created in 1963, it’s one of the most famous. There are programmes about sciences, philosophy, literature, politics and geology. It’s listened by 600 000 auditors daily.
· France MUSIQUE : 
This radio is on partnership with all the big festivals and international musical institutions.
· France BLEU : 
It represents all the regions. It has a real interest for regional language and culture.
It’s the most electric radio of the company. It‘s the second most listened radio of the company.
· The MOUV’ : 
Created in 1997, it’s the rock radio of the company. It’s the only radio of the company which cooperates with internet.
OTHERS RADIO:
· NRJ: 
It was created in 1981, this group is also composed of others radios : CHERIE FM, NOSTALGIE and RIRES & CHANSONS.
· EUROPE 1 : 
It’s a French radio which has a lot of programmes about politics, environment, news, sport news and culture.
