On Friday, April 29th, Prince William (Charles and Diana’s son) married Catherine Middleton. Her name was Kate, but she had to change. Now they are Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

It was sunny. There were 1900 guests at Westminster Abbey. We could see celebrities : the Queen, David and Victoria Beckham, Rowan Atkinson (Mr Bean), Elton John. We watched the ceremony on television. It was brilliant.

William and Kate are 29 years old. He was wearing a fabulous uniform and she was wearing a gorgious dress. They made the correct short answer : Yes, I will.

They asked their guests to give money to charities instead of expensive and unuseful presents.

After their honeymoon, they will live on the island of Anglesey, where he is a pilot. Do you remember the name of a famous village (58 letters) ?

They kissed on the balcony at Buckingham Palace and waved to the crowd.

It looked like a fairy tale.
