After the Techtonik, the Omodaka Dancing !

Mardi 27 mai 2008

I’ ve always thought that some Japanese people were strange (and, of course, I said “SOME” ! It means that not all Japanese people are strange, but only a few) but
while browsing randomly the Web, I found that:

Yes, it’s the Omodaka Dancing! And of course, it comes from Japan! The name of the song is « Kyoteizinc », composed and danced by Masako Yasumoto. It’s strange… but rythmical (and a bit robotical too) !

London

I went to London 2 years ago with my class. I stayed 3 days. This trip was very good because in London there are a lot of museums, monuments, and beautiful gardens ( The garden of Buckingham Palace, is very beautiful!). I loved Madame Tussaud’s because the wax statues were very beautiful, they looked like real famous people. I saw the Tower of London, it’s very big and beautiful, there are a lot of Crown’s jewels. They are wonderful!

The family which welcomed us was really nice. When we didn’t understand they tried to help us. The house where I had to live for 3 days was very beautiful, there were a lot of televisions and a big bedroom.

I’ve never been to Algeria. I would like to go there because there is the sun! And it’s beautiful! The children are so cute! And the people are sweet, they are not like French people. The French are more in new technologies while a certain part of the Algerians do not live in wealth – there is a lot of Algerians who do not believe in money, and this is why I want to go to Algeria.

I have already been to Tunisia but I have never been to the U.S.A and I want to go there. I went for one week in the last week of June 2007. I stayed in a hotel-club in Hamamet, with my parents, in the north of Tunisia by the seaside1. We visited the ruins of Carthage with a guide. We went to vist the village of Sidi Bou Saïd. We took a mint tea in the  » café des délices » ( subject of the song of Patrick Bruel). I visited the souks of Tunis, the capital, where articles weren’t labelled2 and every purchase3 had to be negociated.

My best memory is when I learnt Tunisian dances.

My trip to New York and my wish to go to Spain

Mardi 27 mai 2008

I went to New-York last year in August for a week. It was a very good experience for me. I saw The Statue of Liberty. I climbed up The Empire State Building’s Observatory. The view is wonderful! I went to Fifth Avenue. It’s a beautiful street with a lot of prestigious shops. I also visited St Patrick’s Cathedral. When you go into this Cathedral you see a lot of statues. It’s surprising to see a gothic Cathedral in the middle of all the modern buildings.
New-York is noisy and busy – it’s not exactly restful but if you like big cities and lots of excitement the Big Apple is a great place to visit.

I learn Spanish at school and I would like to visit this country and also discover their culture to improve my vocabulary and my Spanish language. I think that there are lots of beautiful monuments to visit and fabulous places to see.
