For furiously cold winter days

Only one thing can help on those furiously cold winter days: an Irish coffee according to Jeseph Sheridian’s original recipe - made for passengers crossing the North Sea in seaplanes.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons of half-whipped cream
• 3 sugar cubes
• 1 cup of strong hot coffee
• 4 tablespoons of Irish Whiskey
• Heat-resistant, bulbous glass

Preparation

• Pre-heat a goblet with hot water
• Add sugar and whiskey into the glass
• Pour in the coffee, stir well

Let the cream glide carefully over the top - do not stir
