Les verbes ont filé à l’anglaise, ils sont partis sans crier gare !
(They took French leave c’est donc « fifty/fifty » entre langues française et anglaise).
A toi de jouer et de les replacer au bon endroit au prétérit!
Monday:
We ———— school and ————–to Switzerland because it ————– too expensive by coach.
Some time later, we ————–our skiing shoes.
Tuesday:
We ————— early and ————— our breakfast!
Then we —————outside for a long cross-country skiing outing. (sortie ski de fond)
Later on we ————– our sketches and we —————– a lot.
So did the teachers!
We —————- like logs! (on a dormi comme des loirs!)
Wednesday:
We ————- at ————————-.
Then we ————- lunch, we ————– our things, we ————– the ski chalet.
It ————– a great experience, it ————– great fun!
to go – to be – to leave – to sleep- to play – to laugh- to wake – to have –to try – to love – to enjoy
