Edmond Albius
Edmond Albius was a French slave who discovered the process of vanillia fertilization in Reunion Island.
He was born in eighteen twenty-nine(1829) and he died in eighteen eighty5(1880) at the age of fifty-one years old.

Quelles sont les origines du football américain ?
L’histoire raconte qu’au 11ème siècle deux villages rivaux britanniques s’affrontaient dans un jeu brutal. Le principe était de transporter un objet quelconque d’un village à l’autre par tous les moyens… Un « sport » était né appelé « la soûle » mère du rugby, du foot et du foot US.
A l’origine le seul moyen de faire progresser la balle était de taper dedans au pied. A la limite certain prenait le ballon dans leurs mains pour pouvoir mieux le taper au pied mais il était « interdit » de garder la balle dans ses mains. Cependant par une après-midi de match dans la petite ville britannique de rugby l’irréparable fut commis. Pas moins de 100 joueurs répartis en 2 équipes essayaient vainement d’inscrire un but à grands coups de pied.

Il y a 11 joueurs dans chaque équipe.
Combien y a t-il d’arbitres ?
Il y a 7 arbitres
Le matche dure 4 quart temps de 15 min . C’est à dire 1 heure de jeu .

Charles Marie Leconte de Lisle was a French poet who was born in Reunion Island (called before Bourbon Isle). he was born on 22nd October 1818 and died on 17th July 1894 in Brittany (France).
Jean Albany by Fanny
Jean Alabany is a poet from Reunion Island who was born on 4th december of 1917 in St Denis. He died in Paris on 26th october of 1984. He buried at Saline- les Hauts.
Jean Albany wrote a lot of poems about his island. He is famous everywhere especially in our Island.
Many schools here are called “Ecole Jean Albany”.”
Bambolé association”, is in charge of Anne Sadala ,makes known his poems and his songs all around the island.
