We began evaluations this week, with the abacus the children were asked to count up as far as they could.
Several students worked on writing/ colouring the word SPRING for the bulletin board.
This week we discussed wind and how wind helps things to move. Children coloured and designed various motives on their individual rockets. Later, they were given a think straw and a thick straw (one inside the other) then attached these with a paper clip. The student then had to use the straw to blow the rocket up and away.
