In English class,
We must raise our hands before speaking.
We must speak English, not French !
We must listen to the teacher.
We must switch off our mobile phones (UK) = cell phones (US)
BUT,
We mustn’t chew gum in class .
We mustn’t laugh at the others when they make mistakes .
We mustn’t interrupt the others .
We mustn’t answer back at the teacher .
We mustn’t arrive late , we must be on time .
