Sunday 16th February ,
In the morning my family and i went to the Dock Donust. It’s like a little restaurant and they sell only donut’s. They bake their donut’s in front of you. So, you can see people put the circular shaped donuts in boiling oil to fry them. After you need to choose what you want on it.
For exemple , i asked for vanilla and nutella frosting. My penpal took donuts with becon on it. You can choose from 20 different flavors.
Later on , at 3 pm , we went in an american local fast food restaurant . It was called FRAMER BURGER. Rachel, my penpal’s mother’s told me that in Asheville they try to develop the local fast food to support the local producters.
In FARMER BURGER they support the meat farmer. And it’s to give a better quality of food for people and beceause the animals leave in better conditions than the big fast food chaines like. In Asheville they have big places .
Around you have so many farmers to produce the tomato sauce and cows farmer for the steak in the hamburger.
I believe that’s really great for the USA to produce organic food and to help small producters.
