Sorenza is a lucky girl: her sister gave her a four-leaf clover….and it works! She takes it whenevr she has something important, and so far nothing bad has ever happenend to her!
Celebrations
Last week, the Euros 4 celebrated Halloween with Hanaa, Alice, Lisa and Eva, who directed a scary version of the Blair Witch Project….
….and Bonfire Night, with Robin and Yanis, who introduced us Guy Fawkes and his plot to kill King James I.
Both groups did a good job!
Danielle
Before the holidays, we met our new assistant. Her name is Danielle ans she is 23 years old.
She lived in Canada in Vancouver and she lives now in Lille.
Danielle likes French people because she says they are kind and she speaks a little French. Between Canada and France there are many differences. For example: the food, CDs, … She hasn’t got pets but she would like a dog. She has a big brother whose name is Nicolas. Danielle has got a computer, and her favorite color is the turquoise blue. She likes cheese, hamburgers, MVDM, …. She was vegetarian but she isn’t anymore.
Plans to prevent violence
The first final task of the year was to create plans to prevent violence. The students did well and have very good ideas! here are some examples of their work:

A logo for a project
The school is involved in a project entitled « United in Music », and we need to find a logo for it. That’s why I asked the Euro 4 students to be creative and handy and draw something special.
They did a great job, and we will organize a competition to select the logo that will represent France in a European contest!
Lisa’s and Sarah’s Show and Tell
I’m late for the Show and Tell!
One week ago, Lisa showed us her baby’s album. It was so nice to see pictures of her when she was a baby! She was cute (and she still is ;-))
On Friday, Sarah brought a bracelet which her uncle gave her. He is a soldier and has left his family for Africa. Sarah misses him!
