Limerick Emile and Antoine
There was an angry bird in the country
Who spent all his time in a tree
He tweeted all the time

There was a young man of Paris,
Who was the son of Chuck Norris,
But he has not too strong,
Though he looked like king kong,
That was the story of this man of Paris.
St Patrick’s day
Last Tuesday, Irish people celebrated St Patrick’s Day. Amandine and Angèle told us a little more about this very popular celebration:
For the occasion, some pupils wrote limericks, which are humorous poems of five lines, in which the first, second, and fifth lines rhyme with each other, and the third and fourth lines, whichare shorter, form a rhymed couplet. They’ll post them on the blog very soon!

Pancake Day
Before the holidays, we celebrated Pancake Day (aslo known as Shrove Tuesday) with Emile and Antoine, who even cooked pancakes for the occasion! Thank you guys, you made our day!

Dorian’s show and tell
Dorian brought in class his baseball: one of his best friend offered him this ball as a symbol of their friendship. He bought in New York in 2010.

Clément told the class about his trip to Normandie, when he visited the Museum of Le Redoutable. There, he bought a miniature version of the submarine.
