On February, 14th we celebrated Valentine’s Day. Chloé and Karel told us about this originally Christian holiday.

Dorian brought in class his baseball: one of his best friend offered him this ball as a symbol of their friendship. He bought in New York in 2010.

Clément told the class about his trip to Normandie, when he visited the Museum of Le Redoutable. There, he bought a miniature version of the submarine.

Today, we went to the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille to watch an adaptation of the detective novel we are studying in class: The Hound of The Baskervilles, by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
The four actors were really talented:
Sir Henry Baskerville
Dr Watson
Mrs Hudson
Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any picture of Sherlock Holmes 🙁
The pupils really enjoyed the show!

Last Tuesday, Angèle told the class about the very precious gift she was offered by Karel after her holidays in Senegal in December.
This ring symbolizes their friendship! That was a very touching Show and Tell, thank you Angèle!
