Hello Alex, Bonnie and Angelique !

Oh, that’s fine ! But which kind of dance do you do Alex ? (Louis and Anthony love dance too, but it might not be the same as your’s). By reading all the different answers on the blog, we found that a lot of people in Australia like netball. However, we actually don’t really know here what is it ! The ten reasons you gave us were good ! Adelaide seems interesting, and of course your way of living seems very cool !

 

We’ve some questions to ask you about your high school :

Is your school recent ? Is it a pleasant place to work ?

Have you to change of classroom at each new course ? ?Do you often work on computers ? Have you got special ones for school ? ?Is it a public school ? We mean if you’ve to pay to be accepted like in a private one ?

Finally, we would like to ask you some questions about your hobbies (even if you’ve already talk us about it, because it’s our teachers intructions) :

So, do you play any music instrument ? ?What do you like to do with your friends ? Are you more sporty or do you prefer shopping with them ?

We guess you’re not computer nerds, but do you sometimes go computer ? Do you like social networks ?

Have you already traveled in Australia or in others countries ?

 Hello my name is Maeva, I’m fifteen years old, I live in Étang salé les hauts, at about 20min from the school by car.
  I have two sisters, one is older than me and the other one is younger.
  I like sports, I’m a swimmer and a dancer
 
 
Eve : 
 
Hey my name is Eve, I’m sixteen years old, i’ll turn seventeen in July.
 I live in Étang salé les bains, just next to the beach.
 I like reading, having fun at the beach with my friends or having a little walk during sunset.
 I’ve got a cat, I really like animals. I don’t do that much sports because I mostly don’t have time, I used to play handball

I live with my mother and my brother whose older than me.
 I like having fun with friends, partying or going to the beach.

Hello , We are two boys, Guillaume and Axel.

We live in Reunion, a little island next to mauritius. Our town is called Avirons It’s a little town. There is sun everyday but sometimes we have cloud and rain and we would like to present you our beatiful island.There are beautiful landscapes.

We go to school , in “Lycée Antoine de St. Exupery”. We are in 2nd 2, it’s a good class, this class is specialized to english speaking and our english teacher is Ms. Payet-Jugand.

 

I’m Axel , I love do sport more particulary i play football , i play twice a week and the saturday I’ve match with my team. I like go out with my friends too , or go to cinema and to the beach. I love play videos games but not a lot, my favourite game is “Fifa 13”.

 

Hello, my name is Guillaume and i’m enjoyed to you read our letter.

In the life, i love video-games and computer gaming. I love martials arts too like Kung-Fu (Wing Chun) and Thaï Boxing (Muay Thaï), i practice twice a week with my master. I like watching Actions and Fantastic films, Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan are my favorite art martials movies actors.

Hello Amandine Gwendoline and myself (Julien) are very nice to meet you. Let’s have a look to our city and our island. The Reunion island is a very touristy island and very nice to see because of its unique flora and fauna classified World Heritage by UNESCO. Now we’re going to speak you about our city Avirons. We all three in the same class at school St Exupery, it is a peaceful school where we begin classes at 7:25 a.m and most of the time we finish a 5 p.m except for Wednesday and Saturday we finish at 11:35 a.m. Our courses are: English French Mathematics Physics Biology …. To get to the school we take the bus. The city of Avirons is really a quiet town, not too dynamic and with a panoramic view and it’s between a beach and a forest.

Anaïs

Hi, my name is Anaïs. I go to Saint Exupery high school, it’s located in the Avirons. It’s in the west of Reunion island. We started school the 14 of august, and we’ll finish the 6 of july. We have school from seven and a half to five hours. We have school the wednesday and the saturday morning too. We learn English, and Spanish or German.

Reunion island is between Madagascar and Mauritius. In our island there’s two volcanoes, one of them is active, the other one isn’t. The active one isn’t dangerous. There’s a lot of mountains, forest and beach.

First able, we are pleased to meet you !

We are 3 students of Antoine de St Exupèry high school, of Reunion Island. Our names are Ambre, Mélissa and Maxime. We enjoy sport especially dance, tennis and rugby. We are 16 years old.
The Reunion island, located in the indian Ocean is a very beautiful isle. It is as a paradise. On the picture we sent you lie you can see a sun from us. In facts, we live not far from the beach, and so we often can go there.

It’s very great because we love the beach.

Also we have a lot of chance because we don’t have only the sea. We have mountains,where we can make a lot of hikes. We have also a Volcano on our isle ! And it’s very impressive and amazing when it enters eruption !
Now let’s speak about our school. It is situated in Les Avirons, a city rather small. The school is rather big.

We are in the same class. We work at school from 7:30 to 17:00 and what about you ?

We are Jules, Gabriel, Manon and Emma. We are student in Les Avirons High School. We live in Reunion Island. Our High School is more old but big. We live in Etang Sale, it’s a small town next to a very nice beach of black sand. Everybody in the Reunion island go there sometimes for have good times with their friends or family. Our sand is black because that was a volcanic rock before. 

And you what color is your sand? What about your high school ?You already left everywhere on your island ? Do you surfing ?

Hello the Australians!

Our names are Enola, Frédérique and Heloïse. We are 15 and 16. We’re in the same class. We are extremely enthusiastic about making this exchange with you. We know that you don’t know anything about our Island. My two friends and I, have never been to Australia. We’ve heart it was a beautiful country and we’ve looked at photos of Adelaide. Here the climate is very, very nice! We’ve got a summer and a winter. Actually it’s the end of summer, so cold is coming, but… Even if it’s winter it’s not really cold! The circumference of the island is about 2512 km2. The landscapes are varied and the green colour is dominant. It has lots of mountains like « Le piton des neiges » and lots of beaches with back and white sand. Even days with no sun, we can swim into our pools and spend weekends and afternoons on the sand at the beach called « Etang-Salé », with friends. We live not far of it. It takes around 10 minutes to go to it. We think that activities are almost the same as in Australia; we can make skysurf, parachute, tan under the sun, surf and everything else. Our houses all have a swimming pool, and Heloïse and I live in Les Avirons, the city of our school, and Enola lives in L’étang salé, a city just next to it.

 

We are in high school in the Réunion Island. Our establishment is in « les Avirons » and it’s a public high school. It’s great, and we’re pretty free lessons. We are in « second » and we learn English for seven years. The classrooms haven’t got air conditioned and when we have sports we walk on foot under the sun. Our class is a class « European » which means that we have in the week, two hours of extra English. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday we go to school for 7:25am at 17:00pm in the afternoon and on Wednesday and Saturday we do half days. We have holidays in December and July but we are tired. We take always the bus. At noon we meet all for a snack, we play cards and eat: we find ourselves!
