At the beginning of December, we’ve decided to have a “Christmas cake testing day at school” All the students involved in the Erasmus project baked either a cake from Germany, or Finland or Italy. The recipes were found on the net or sent by the partner countries. German recipes such Ausstechplätzchen, vanillekipferl were on the table. Italy was represented with panforte and Tiramisu and the last but not the least : we also tested Spoon cookies and gingerbreads : some Finn specialties. Yummy! 🙂
On that special day, we set the tables at the library and students, teachers were able to try those delicacies. Some students even took trays filled with some piece of cakes and went to the staff room, wandered even in the corridors asking whoever was there to test the delicious cakes. It has been a real success! Every single crumbs have been eaten !
