Comment: BTC rising wedge broken down. First support hit, but should touch 6775 as well. Lack of volume say whales didn’t get enough liquidity yet. SR at ~6424 may give another bullish bounce. If fall lower, yesterday’s forecast zones come into play.

BitMex: XBTUSD 180 Chart

If today drop won’t stop here, we will see 6424 soon. Then 6200 and 5800. Impossible to predict how many support zones will be broken in case of full scale dump. So I hope that dump won’t happen and weekend will bring some bounce time. Hopes are hopes, reality can be cruel.

P.S. Since I’ve mentioned classical TA – falling wedge has almost the same rules as triangles, so dump length should be more or less the same as flagpole – that takes BTC price to ~3k support, I hope in this case Bitcoin won’t follow classical TA.

April 9th forecast: Bearish move should take it to 6855 – 6200 – 5800 – 5200 (dump within downtrend can easily break several support zones in one impulse move).

BTC Dominance Update

Alts had nice bullish run while Dominance was pulling back to 65 support. Now it bounced, so its alts time to pull back.

While BTC bouncing, dominance won’t grow much. If BTC continue retracement, we may expect BTC dominance to grow back up to 66.3 resistance. During that move alts will pull back lower.
