Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, celebrated her 94th birtday yesterday at Windsor Castle.

In fact, Elizabeth was born on April 21st, 1926 but her birthday is celebrated in June, in the hope that the weather is better. The Queen is lucky because she has two birthdays ! 

The military ceremony that happened yesterday and that usually takes place in London, is called Trooping the Colour .

The music you can hear on the video is God Save The Queen, the national anthem of the United Kingdom.

Hello, dear students !

Some of you are back to school : it is great to see them again ! But for those who are still at home, I hope things are going well too.

Here are a few free books  ;) in French (and with a little of English) that you can read and listen to. Thank you to Editions Syros for sharing them with us ! I had already shared 2 of them in March during the lockdown, but now there 9 in total (5 in French/English, 2 in French/Spanish and 2 in French/German) !
