JAZZ CHANT
A jazz chant is like a poem, based on a four-beat rhythm.
Practise chanting, then compose your own jazz chant.
STEP ONE : read and listen to the jazz chant on the blog HERE.

STEP 2 : sing along to practise.

STEP 3 : then write a chant. Choose from the boxes on your worksheet or find your own ideas.
(étape 3, tu dois écrire ton propre ‘jazz chant’. Tu choisis les éléments à partir de ta fiche de travail ou tu trouves les éléments de ton choix)
STEP 4 : you must illustrate your chant. Do it on the computer or draw it on a white A4 paper.
(étape 4, tu dois copier ton ‘jazz chant’ au propre et l’illustrer sur une feuille A4 blanche, ou le taper sur l’ordinateur et l’imprimer)
STEP 5 : then sing your chant. You must record it and send it to misslepretre@gmail.com
(tu dois ensuite chanter ton ‘jazz chant’ et t’enregistrer puis l’envoyer sur mon adresse mail)
