Buckwheat GALETTE by Lola J

Ingredients

500 g *buckwheat flour = farine de sarrasin

2 Tsp (*tablespoons) *wheat flour

2 eggs

1 tsp (*teaspoon) salt

1 litre cold water

25 cl *beer

3 Tsp (tablespoons) of *oil or *melted *butter

butter (for cooking)

HOW TO …

1 Mix flour and salt, mix in the eggs one by one  to avoid lumps.

2 *Whisk in the water little by little, then *stir in the beer.

3 *Leave to rest for 4 hours at least.

4 Add the oil (or the melted butter) just before cooking

5 Pour the batter into a frying-pan in a thin layer, for a galette

6 Add any ingredient you like (ham, egg, cheese, mushrooms..) Enjoy !
