Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
Friday Saturday Sunday
Ex : 4 (four) ? the 4th (the fourth)
The 1st (the first) / the 21st (the twenty-first) / the 31st (the thirty-first)
The 2nd (the second) / the 22nd (the twenty-second)
The 3rd (the third) / the 23 rd (the twenty-third)
? Certains subissent des modifications orthographiques :
The 5th (the fifth), etc…
The 9 th (the ninth), etc…
The 12th (the twelfth), etc …
The twentieth, the thirtieth
4) – On finit par le mois
January May September
February June October
March July November
April August December
En abrégé, la date s’écrit Mo- 06/08/20..
Elle s’écrit en entier : Monday, 6th August 20..
Aux Etats-Unis, la même date s’écrit : Mo- 08/06/20..
Monday, August 6th 20..
A partir de 2000, on dit généralement: Two thousand (and)…
